Kelvin Abiodun-Olu has been charged with stealing N19.2 million and maliciously damaging property worth N7.5 million. He was arraigned before a Tinubu Magistrate’s Court in Lagos Island on five counts of conspiracy, stealing, malicious damage, assault, and breach of peace. The charge is marked L/14/2023, and Magistrate T.O. Babalola presided over the case on Wednesday.

The prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Police Francis Igbenose, stated that the defendant and his accomplices committed the crimes between January 28 and February 4, 2023.
The incident occurred at No. 34b, Talabi Street, Boet Estate, ABC Bus Stop, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos around 11 pm. Abiodun-Olu and his accomplices allegedly stole several items, including expensive shoes, wristwatches, smartphones, and bundles of new wrappers.
