Husband allegedly stabs Georgia mother of four to death after celebrating their first wedding anniversary

Casey Allen was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband, Christopher Snow, just a day after their first wedding anniversary. Casey’s Facebook post, in which she described their year of marriage as a “year of survival,” is believed to have triggered the attack.

She was found dead in her Gainesville apartment in Georgia on April 15. The couple had just welcomed their first child, a boy, in December, and Casey had three older children from a previous marriage.

The night before the murder, the couple celebrated their anniversary by going to a comedy club and dinner, and even created a stuffed owl with their voices in it to commemorate the occasion.

However, the next morning, Snow reportedly told his aunt that they had a big fight and that he couldn’t find her. When police arrived at the apartment, they discovered Casey had been beaten and stabbed to death on her face and body.

Casey’s sister, Tiffany Agee, who is pregnant with her fifth child, is still trying to come to terms with the loss of her best friend. She shared that Casey loved being a mom and that her children were everything to her.

The funeral has been scheduled for Saturday. Gainesville Police Chief Jay Parrish expressed his condolences and assured that they will continue to support the families affected by this horrific event. Snow was arrested on murder charges after he was involved in a serious car crash on I-85 outside Atlanta.
