Suspected kidnappers abducted Daniel Ogoshi, the official driver of Nasarawa State Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, from the residence of his friend in Lafia. The incident occurred at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday, April 18, leaving his phone and car behind.
The police have been alerted and are investigating the situation, according to a family friend and the spokesperson of the Nasarawa Police command.

The Deputy Governor’s media officer confirmed the incident but did not have adequate information on what had transpired.
