In a recent Q&A session on his Instagram page, Nigerian producer and singer Don Jazzy revealed why he has not released any song with Grammy award-winning artist Wizkid. According to the Mavin boss, he and Wizkid had recorded two songs together, but neither had been released because they were not good enough.
Don Jazzy explained that sometimes when creating music, some songs don’t resonate with the audience as intended. Despite this setback, he pointed out that he and Wizkid had already worked together on Dr Sid’s ‘Surulere’ Remix years ago. Don Jazzy also hinted that he and Wizkid may collaborate on more songs in the future.
