Nobody can force me out of Nigeria – Peter Obi insists

Mr. Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the recent general election, has reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to Nigeria, stating that he will not be forced to flee the country.

With a strong focus on building a new Nigeria, Mr. Obi emphasized that the LP is determined to eradicate corruption and alleviate the suffering of the masses. Speaking at Onitsha Holiday Resort in Onitsha, Mr. Obi expressed deep concern about the hardships faced by citizens and the prevalence of corruption in the country’s political system.

In a strategic move to garner support for the LP candidate, Afam Ogene, in the forthcoming supplementary election in Ogbaru Federal Constituency, Mr. Obi embarked on a road show campaign tour of the constituency.

Accompanied by Senator-elect Tony Nwoye and Mr. Oseloka Obaze, Mr. Obi appealed to the voters to cast their ballots in favor of the LP, assuring them that Ogene is aligned with his vision of “building a new Nigeria.”

He also reminded the people of the developmental projects he initiated during his tenure as governor, promising to express gratitude by returning to thank them if they vote for the LP in the re-run election.
