South Korean actress and model, Jung Chae-yul, aged 26, was found dead in her home, as announced by her agency Management S team on Tuesday, April 11. The agency shared a statement with the Korean press, expressing heartfelt sorrow and requesting to refrain from spreading rumors about the cause of her death.
Chae-yul was widely recognized for her role in the popular Netflix series Zombie Detective, as well as her appearances in K-drama series I Have Not Done My Best and the film Deep. She was also set to appear in the TV series Wedding Impossible, which has now halted production. In the wake of her untimely death, the CEO of her management agency tearfully described her as a hardworking and amazing actress.
