Kindly leave Nigeria and dont return - Fani Kayode tells Peter Obi

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, has taken to Twitter to respond to Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party. Fani-Kayode, who currently serves as the Director of New Media for the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, addressed Obi’s recent outcry about being under pressure to leave Nigeria.

Obi had accused the ruling APC and certain government agencies of attempting to distract the public from the irregularities that marred the recently concluded elections. He specifically mentioned malicious accusations from the Minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed, as well as the circulation of a fake doctored audio call, and pressure to leave the country.

In response, Fani-Kayode’s tweet on Thursday was unequivocal. He urged Obi to “do us all a big favour and go! Sooner the better and never come back!” While the tweet was brief, it conveyed a strong message of disdain towards Obi and his claims.

As a seasoned politician known for his controversial statements, Fani-Kayode’s tweet has generated attention on social media, with supporters and critics alike weighing in on the exchange.
